SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time while working a contracted patrol in the Town of Waitsfield Captain Meyer stopped a vehicle on Main St after observing the vehicle traveling south on Main St by Carroll Rd at a high-rate speed. It was determined through further investigation the operator Peter A Noack, Age 58, of Waitsfield was operating without a required Ignition Interlock device installed in the vehicle.
Noack was issued a Citation to appear on March 26th, 2026, at 0830 at the Vermont Superior Court – Washington Criminal Division on a charge of Ignition interlock restricted driver's license or certificate violation.
